Splatoon 2 Just Revealed A Load Of New Weapons

Good news for everyone still having fun splattin' stuff - four new weapons and a brand new map are now available in Splatoon 2.

Nintendo recently made the announcement via its official Twitter account and teased a single picture of the new playground. Set in a gorgeous amusement park and surrounded by water, you can a whole range of other stunning amusement park rides. Look closely, and you'll see the peak of the ferris wheel you can see in The Reef map, and Inkopolis Plaza from the original Splatoon game.

While we can only see three images of weapons in the tweet (what a tease you are, Nintendo!), the new gizmos are the Carbon Roller Deco, Custom Dual Squelcher, Rapid Blaster Elite Deco, and Undercover Brella. As always, they each boast their own special attacks.

No need to wait to access these goodies - they're available now! Plus extra content - including a new 80-mission single-player campaign complete with new characters - is also arriving later this summer.
