Filming Resumes On Star Wars Episode VII
Movie back on track despite enforced break after Harrison Ford's injury...
The 71-year-old movie legend had surgery on his broken leg following an on-set accident and the set at Pinewood Studios was understood to be closing for a fortnight while he recovered.
However that was around six weeks ago - and according to The Hollywood Reporter filming has only resumed this week.
The new movie is to be set 30 years after the events of Return Of The Jedi, with details of the plot being kept under wraps.
Directed by JJ Abrams - it also stars Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker from the original movies.
Newcomers to the franchise include British actress Daisy Ridley, Girls star Adam Driver, Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong'o and Gollum star Andy Serkis.
The movie's release date of 18 December next year remains unchanged.
