Star Wars Winner – 'George Lucas Was Lovely!'

The winner of our Star Wars competition says meeting George Lucas has changed his life.

Nick Reeve, 25, from London won a trip to George Lucas's Skywalker Ranch in California for a special star-studded screening of the new Star Wars movie Star Wars III " Revenge Of The Sith.

"George was in the cinema watching the film with us, it was amazing to see him there," said Nick. "After the film finished there was a huge round of applause and standing ovation, then as it died down I shouted 'Speech!', to which he replied: 'Erm, the food is next door!'"

"I met him outside his house and just babbled at him for a while about how much of a big part of my life Star Wars has been. He was so lovely and humble and proud. It was amazing."

"I'll never forget it!"

The competition required Star Wars fans to send in a 30 second clip of themselves reenacting a scene from any of the Star Wars films. Three finalists then battled it out live on TRL, before Nick, whose film saw the brilliant use of pastries as Princess Leia's trademark buns, emerged as the worthy winner.
