Zack Snyder has denied that he is working on a newStar Wars movie in addition to the planned trilogy from the franchise's new owners Disney.
The director of Joss Whedon - who says he'll be too busy with the sequel to The Avengers.
Speaking to CNN, Whedon said: "I'm as angry as you should be. When I heard that I was like, 'I wonder... no, I really can't do that. Oh, I already have a job'. I wouldn't clear The Avengers.
"I'm having [uuid=c8b6bb81-8986-4df6-be6d-b286927acf6d]so much fun with that sequel[/uuid] right now, just with the script, that I couldn't imagine not doing it."
JJ Abrams has also revealed that [uuid=0afb070b-62b2-45b0-8ff0-aa72afd4e284]he turned down the opportunity[/uuid] to discuss directing the new Star Wars movies.
