Stephanie Davis has reached out to Jeremy McConnell following his recent arrest by liking (and then quickly unliking) one of his Instagram posts with their son.

Even though the details about what happened in Liverpool are still unclear, Jez is said to be "forbidden" to contact Steph as a result of an ongoing police investigation.

While Steph hasn't made any direct reference to the incident on social-media, her decision to like an image of Jez cradling Caben-Albihasn't exactly gone under the radar.

An insider told The Sun: “Stephanie and Jeremy have not been in contact since the arrest last week."

“Jeremy’s gone back to Ireland as he needs to focus on himself before reuniting with Stephanie. But it wasn’t long before Stephanie made contact with Jeremy by liking a photo of him with Caben on Instagram.

Having said that, Steph has nowretracted the 'olive-branch' message without explanation:“She’s since unliked the post but her olive branch didn’t go unnoticed by Jeremy."
