Watch Stormzy Spit Bars In The Snow For New ‘Cold’ Music Video
There are loads of cute kids in there, too.
Stormzy has dropped the icy visuals for ‘Cold’, the second track from Gang Signs & Prayer to get the music video treatment.
Spitting bars (including one of GSAP’s best, “I just went to the park with my friends and I charted”) as snow trickles down around him, Stormzy’s ‘Cold’ video is as frenzied visually (look at all that fast cutting) as the track sounds.
Elsewhere, Stormzy raps, “All my young black kings rise up, man, this is our year / And my young black queens right there / It's been a long time coming, I swear,” as footage of young children with jobs as doctors, business people and sport stars is shown.

Gang Signs & Prayer became the most commercially successful grime album of all-time when it soared straight into the Number One spot earlier this month. Find out more about GSAP’s stunning charts success here.
GSAP even – briefly – held the record for most first-week streams (beating out Drake and Justin Bieber), until Ed Sheeran released ÷ a week later. Stormzy acknowledged this in good humour on Twitter.
