Kimberley Walsh has revealed that she has got the royal seal of approval for this year's Strictly Come Dancing, with the Duchess of Cornwall promising to vote for her.
Girls Aloud star Kimberley, 30, tweeted that she was going to meet Camilla for "afternoon tea" - and later revealed that the royal had promised to pick up the phone to support her.
The 30-year-old tweeted: "Afternoon tea with the Duchess of Cornwall at Clarence House then off to my first dance lesson!#scd."
And she later added: "Ooh Charles was there too! Camilla said she'll vote for me on Strictly! Ha!"
She then fired off another tweet at her dancing partner, which read: "Right, time to get my dancing shoes on! You ready Pasha Kovalev?"
Camilla visited the Strictly set last year after an invitation from judge Craig Revel Horwood, as she was known to be a fan of the show.
Kimberley had been invited to Clarence House as a "thank you" for her work with volunteers during the Diamond Jubilee this year.
The pairings for Strictly were revealed this week.
