Countdown star loses out in dance-off against Abbey Clancy...
The Countdown star found herself against Abbey Clancy in the dance-off for last night's Halloween weekend special - for which all the contestants wore fancy dress.
Rachel and partner Pasha Kovalev performed the American smooth to I Put a Spell On You, but Abbey and her professional partner Aljaž Skorjanec were prophetic in their choice of Stay by Shakespeare's Sister for their rumba.
Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Bruno Tonioli all elected to save Clancy - and head judge Len Goodman admitted he would have done the same too.
Reflecting on her experience, she said: "I haven't cried until now, I have made some amazing friends. I really enjoyed tonight, I really enjoyed yesterday's dance so I'm really pleased to go out on a high.
"Abbey is just gorgeous, a gorgeous dancer, a gorgeous girl and I have no shame in getting knocked out to her. I have just loved it - from the make-up, to the hair - the whole show."
And she paid tribute to her partner Pasha, saying: "He is just the nicest person in the world. He couldn't have looked after me better, it has just been an absolute pleasure."
To which he responded: "Well we started from zero and look where we are now. It was amazing to work with you and I'm sorry it has to finish this way."
Deborah Meaden got the boot last weekend.
