Sid Owen Sashays Off Strictly Come Dancing
EastEnders star's cha cha cha isn't good enough to save him in dance-off...
Strictly Come Dancing after losing out to Colin Salmon in the Halloween week dance-off.
The judges voted unanimously to keep Salmon and partner Kristina Rhianoff in the contest after being more impressed by their salsa to Stevie Wonder's Superstition than by Sid and Ola Jordan's cha cha cha to the Ghostbusters theme.
When decision time came, Craig Revel Horwood said: "This couple were dynamic and simply better dancers - and that couple is Colin and Kristina."
Then it was Darcey Bussell's turn to choose - and she also decided to save Salmon.
She said: "Well, they both were so much better than the performances yesterday. Although the nerves hit them really hard... I am going to have to save Colin and Kristina."
And Bruno Tonioli made it three, saving Colin and Kristina too.
In his farewell speech, former EastEnders star Sid said: "I have loved every minute of it, thanks to Ola. She is a hard taskmaster but she has been great and we have had so much fun.
"And now I can even feel comfortable going out and maybe having a little dance."
Jerry Hall got the boot from the show last week.
