The TV and radio personality lost out to fashion designer Julien Macdonald in the dance-off, with the judges voting unanimously to send her home.
She and partner James Jordan had danced a tango to Abba's Lay All Your Love On Me.
Tony Jacklin was the first celeb to get the boot on last weekend's show - when Macdonald was also in the dance-off.
Speaking after the bad news, Feltz said: "I will miss everything, especially James and dancing, the glamour, the sequins and the fun of it all. Thank you very much indeed for having me, it's been a lovely, lovely time."
