Mel B Dismisses America's Got Talent Booing

Mel Bhas played down reports that she was booed by the audience in her new role as a judge on America's Got Talent.

The former Spice Girls star had met with the crowd's disapproval after she was critical of a brass band at the New Orleans audition.

But Mel told Mario Lopez on Extra: "We all get booed. If you say no or you don't like it, everybody jumps on you."

Mel has been joined by Heidi Klum on the panel of the US reality show, making a foursome with existing judges Howard Stern and Howie Mandel.

Supermodel Heidi last week claimed she wasn't expecting any catfights, saying: "We might have claws, but I don't think they will be scratching!"
