Jared Leto Has Cut His Hair To Play The Joker In Suicide Squad
Jared Leto's lovely long locks are no more!
The Oscar-winning actor has given his flowing mane the chop as he prepares to play The Joker in Suicide Squad - and the movie's director has been documenting the historic moment on social media.
David Ayer initially teased fans with a Twitter pic of a pair of scissors hovering ominously close to Leto's ponytail, with the caption: "Should we?"

And he followed it up with a snap of Leto covering one eye as he showed off a neat, short haircut.
The 43-year-old actor has recently been talking about taking on the iconic role and described Batman's arch-enemy as a "beautiful disaster".
Speaking to Billboard, he said: "The opportunity to take on this nearly Shakespearean character - that's what graphic novels and comic books are becoming, right?
"This beautiful disaster of a character - what a big challenge."
Suicide Squad will also star Margot Robbie, Will Smith and Jai Courtney - with Tom Hardy dropping out recently and Warner Brothers currently re-casting his role.
The film is set to open next August.
