A new trailer has been unleashed for forthcoming Henry Cavill - is then seen in his famous costume overlooking an icy, mountainous landscape in what may be his 'Fortress Of Solitude'.
And the last part of the trailer shows aliens attacking the Earth, with Superman defending against the invaders.
Producer Christopher Nolan recently praised director Zack Snyder and writer David Goyer's approach to the iconic DC Comics character's reinvention.
The film is set for release in cinemas next June.
