Gary Barlow "Hurt" By Robbie Williams Comments

Gary Barlowhas shed some light on his turbulent friendship with Robbie Williams, confessing some of the personal comments the Take Thatin 1995.

Speaking to the Radio Times, Barlow explained: "All those years I'd just imagined this moment to actually be sat there opposite this person who had done so much damage and said so much bad stuff. Not to my face, in records and in print. It was the way it was being done that hurt."

Despite his previous negative feelings towards Robbie, Gary went on to admit he was pleased to put their feud behind them and reunite TT, saying: "To eventually be sat there opposite [Robbie] was liberating."

"And you know what, a lot of people don't get that chance, they spend their whole lives as enemies and don't talk."

He added: "So for me it was a victorious day. And we came back to it a couple of days later and did some more and we were washed and we were clean."

In the same interview, the 40-year old also addressed Robbie's future with Take That, confessing that at the moment the man band are taking a break, but stated they "can revisit it whenever we want."
