Taylor Lautner has settled court case over the late delivery of a vehicle.

The 18 year old Twilight hunk had been in dispute with car dealers McMahon RV.

But now the star’s lawyer has said he’s been handed $40,000 in an out of court settlement.

And Lautner’s given the money straight to children’s charity the Lollipop Theater Network.

Last week the owner of the car company Brent McMahon bizarrely challenged Taylor to a push up contest to settle the dispute.

He announced: “We're taking a negative and making it into a positive to benefit the sick children at Children's Hospital of Orange County.”
