Taylor Lautner has been lined up to star alongside Tom Cruise in a new movie, according to reports.
It’s claimed the 17 year old actor has been given a $7.5m contract to appear in thriller Northern Lights.
Tay’- Jacob Black in the Twilight series- will play a young pilot with Cruise rumoured to be appearing as his father.
Producers revealed details of the flick. A statement said:“Set against the backdrop of extreme flying, Northern Lights follows four young pilots as they compete against the world’s best.”
Lautner is clearly hot property, last night he picked up Best Breakthrough Actor at the People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
He next appears in Valentine’s Day which is released at cinemas next month.
