The country pop superstar donated £60k to the Nashville Symphony on her 24th birthday this year and appeared at the swish Winter Whites Gala fundraiser last month - where she performed with One Directionwere placed second in the list - generated by DoSomething.org - thanks to their volunteering with Comic Relief in Ghana and Beyoncé took third spot.
The late actor Paul Walker - whose Reach Out WorldWide charity assists in natural disasters - was fourth on the list.
"It's pretty amazing that the top two spots on the list are held by celebrities under age 25," said DoSomething's Naomi Hirabayashi.
"For the first time, 50 percent of the list is age 30 or younger. This rising generation is using their money and star power for good."
