However it seems the world's biggest pop star has (unintentionally) evicted everyone's favourite elderly wizard, Gandalf the Grey.

Actor Sir Ian McKellen revealed that he had to find somewhere else to live after T-Swizzle purchased the property he'd been staying in - which belonged to Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit director Peter Jackson.

He told the Daily Star: "Taylor Swift, when I was living in Peter Jackson's apartment in New York, bought it while I was there and I was thrown out of the apartment a month before I wanted to leave."

However the 76-year-old insisted that there was no Bad Blood between himself and the pop megastar.

"Well she bought it," he conceded. "She's every right to take it over, I was just lodging there for free you know."

He also explained that she had invited himself and Sir Patrick Stewart to appear on stage at one of her shows after they recited the lyrics to Bad Blood and Blank Space for the delight of the internet.

"Though she did ask me to appear with her and Patrick Stewart in a show in LA but I had something else to do that night," he said.

Probably house hunting.

Meanwhile Avril Lavigne has become the latest celeb to join T-Swizzle on stage - with the pair singing Lavigne's Complicated together in San Diego last night.

And Tay-Tay tweeted: "So incredible sharing the stage with @AvrilLavigne! 'Complicated' is such a brilliant pop song and I just love her."

Which puts to bed any suggestions of a feud between the pair.
