Taylor Swift Throws Incredible Private Gig For WWII Soldier
Taylor Swift got into the charitable spirit on Boxing Day when she played an intimate gig for a 96-year-old World War II veteran.
The 27-year-old Shake It Off star made Christmas dreams come true when she performed in Missouri on Monday.
Tay was playing for one of her oldest and bravest superstars – an ex-army officer named Cyrus Porter.
The war hero looked beyond stunned as the blonde babe arrived at his family home to play a few of her smash hit tunes.
Cyrus’s grandson, Robert Frye shared the moment on social media, writing: “It’s a Christmas Miracle!!! Thank you @tylorswift13. My grandpa was so excited!!”
Video clips also emerged online showing the Grammy award winning star arrive and perform – with the crowd gathered at Cyrus’ house going wild in her presence.
“Taking selfies, holding babies, hugging grandpas and leaving lipstick marks,” Robert wrote on Twitter after the party.
“Taylor Swift does it all. Awesome day for my Popo!!” he added.
That is one Christmas treat that is pretty special!
