Teen Mom 2 SPOILER VIDEO: Jenelle Evans Heads To Court To Defend Herself In Assault Case

In case you missed it, our Teen Mom 2 girls are BACK and ready to continue showing us how they're getting on with their journey through parenthood in a brand new series.

And it looks like this season is kicking off with as much drama as always, with this sneak peek look at tonight's episode (airing at 8pm on MTV - DO NOT FORGET) showing Jenelle Evans stepping up to the stand to defend herself in an assault case with her ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffiths's current girlfriend Jessica Henry.

Nathan and Jessica alleged that Jenelle had assaulted Jessica by throwing a cup at her in 2015, and that because of this, she should not have custody of the son they share, Kaiser.

Asked to explain what happened on the day of the alleged assault in her eyes, Jenelle said: "I was in the kitchen making some water, some ice water, and I look out the window and Nathan pulled in my driveway.

"So I come outside, Jessica said something to me - I don't even remember what she said because it's so long ago - but then she came out towards me, so then I took it as a threat, my son was upstairs sleeping, I went to go throw water in her face. Did not mean for the cup to hit her at all."

Demonstrating the way in which she tried to throw the water, the Teen Mom 2 star continued: "It slid out of my hand and it hit her in the head, and then once it landed in her lap, I turned around to run back inside because I felt like I was about to be attacked, and she picked up the glass and she threw it back at me - did not hit me - and then I went inside the house.

"As I was running in the house, he was screaming, 'You will not have your child back, I will make sure he is taken from you forever and you will never see him again'.

Getting emotional, Jenelle added that she was in the process of moving at the time, and that Nathan bringing Jessica to her house was 'so disrespectful'.

She finished by telling the court: "I just try to be a good person and a good mum, that's all."

Farrah's main struggles throughout Teen Mom revolved around her difficult relationship with her mother, Debra.

Over the years, the girls have (mostly) stayed friends through it all... Including Maci's blonde phase.

And as they got older, their styles evolved too! Not sure we're feeling the flower crown though, Farrah.

They also soon got used to posing in front of cameras, as bonafide celebs.

Maci's look got a bit edgier, and as her hair got super long, her natural ginger roots started popping up again.

And they've also helped to raise awareness! Maci is a spokesperson for the Candie's Foundation, which aims to prevent unwanted teen pregnancies.

Through it all, Tyler and Catelynn have stayed together and are still the cutest couple around!

They even revealed the news in 2014 that they were expecting their very own baby, three years after giving Carly up for adoption...

And here that baby is! Catelynn and Tyler welcomed baby girl Novalee on New Year's Day this year.

It's not just Catelynn on the baby train either! Maci is expecting her second child, Jayde, who's due in June!

Meanwhile, Amber also had some good news - she got engaged to her boyfriend Matt Baier.
