Teen Mom UK: Meet The Charities We're Partnering With For The Show
Teen Mom UK returns to our screens for series three in March, with five young women sharing more of their journeys of becoming teenage mothers.
From postpartum depression to tackling challenging relationships head-on, the show won't be shying away from issues affecting young mums.
So we're delighted to share with you the charities we'll be partnering with for this series; Brook, Gingerbread and Little Lullaby.
First up, Brook is the leading sexual health and wellbeing charity for young people.
Brook provides support services and programmes to help young people make positive and healthy lifestyle choices and to improve their personal and emotional wellbeing.
Brook also offers counselling, sex and relationships education in schools, plus training for professionals.
The Ask Brook 24/7 tool is to help young people with whatever question they might have about their sexual health or relationships, including contraception and emergency contraception.
Brook also has services across the UK offering free and confidential sexual health advice and contraception to young people under 25.
More information about Brook can be found here.
We're also partnering with the charity Gingerbread, the leading charity working with single parent families.
Gingerbread supports, advises and campaigns with single mums and dads to help them meet their family’s needs.
Advice and information for young parents who are not living with their child’s other parent can be found here.
Lastly, we're partnering with Little Lullaby, a website for young parents, written by young parents.
Young mums and dads can chat, share advice and support each other through the ups and downs of parenting on Little Lullaby's Community.
They can also read blogs on all aspects of pregnancy, birth and parenting, or read safer sleep for babies advice.
More advice and support from Little Lullaby can be found here.
Don't miss Teen Mom UK 3 starting Wednesday 14th March at 8pm - only on MTV.
