Not least the moment when Mia Boardman gives birth to her and Manley Geddes' gorgeous little daughter, Marliya.

Awww! Congratulations guys!

In this exclusive spoiler video, we see the moment whenMia is given the news that, unfortunately for her natural birth plans, she needs to have a caesarean sectionas her baby's heartbeat isn't quite right.

Revealing that she's had an epidural four hours into her labour, Mia tells us that there's still no sign of Marliya, with a nurse explaining that they would've expected her to have made more progress by that point.

Speaking away from the hospital, the gorgeous mum says: "My worst fears are coming true. My baby's heartbeat is dipping so I can't have a natural birth."

Telling her dad that 'every single thing' she didn't want to happen is coming true, Mia continues: "I'm sad not to push my baby out, but as long as she's fit and healthy, that's the main thing."

Well said, Mia.

After the caesarean, Manley rejoins his mum to share the amazing news that little Marliya has been born, describing her as 'perfect'.

With her newborn daughter in her arms, Mia adds: "Our little princess Marliya is perfect."

Marliya is a gorgeous little girl - congratulations, Mia and Manley!
