Mad Men, 30 Rock and Glenn Close win awards…

The
Emmy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night with
Mad Men and
30 Rock among the TV shows picking up awards.
Mad Men picked up Outstanding Drama Series for the second year in a row while 30 Rock claimed the top comedy award.
Glenn Close was named best leading actress for damages, while Bryan Cranston bagged the lead actor gong for Breaking Bad.
Toni Collette and Alec Baldwin picked up the acting prizes in the comedy category.
The BBC’s period drama Little Dorrit took home seven Emmy awards.
