So James Cameron is definitely backing the new Terminator movie.

The director of 'Terminator 'and 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' says that he feels “like the franchise has been reinvigorated, that this is a renaissance,” in the new interview.

He sees this as the third film in the series after his two, he reveals (it’s actually the fifth one released).

“Everybody responds to Sarah Conner,” says Cameron on the action heroine, played by 'Game of Thrones’' Emilia Clarke in this reboot, “for women she represents a kind of empowerment, and yet there s a vulnerability there because that strength comes at a price.”

Hinting at a take on the story we’ve never seen before, Cameron teases: “It’s all about the twists”.

It’s not long until you’ll be able to see for yourself exactly what he’s talking about: the movie hits cinemas on 3rd July.
