Thom Yorke For Terminator Salvation?

Thom Yorke could appear on the soundtrack to the new Terminator Salvation film if the director has his way.

McG- the ridiculously named filmmaker responsible for the Charlie's Angels movies- said he wants the Radiohead man to hook up with Oscar winning composer Gustavo Santaolalla to make music for the Cyborg action flick. He said:

"We talked about Gustavo getting together with Thom Yorke from Radiohead, which I thought would be very interesting. And they may still do a couple of sounds for the movie."

Terminator Salvation will star Christian Bale and rapper Common and will be released later this year. Danny Elfman- composer for movies like Batman and Notorious- has already worked on a theme for the sequel.

Yorke and Radiohead this week rocked the Grammy Awards performing with a college marching band.
