An exclusive clip from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has premiered during the 2014 MTV Movie Awards.

Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Jamie Foxx were on hand to introduce the sneak peek via video link (with a bit of help from host Conan O'Brien) with One Direction star Harry Styles also getting a mention in the skit.

The clip takes place in New York's Times Square, as Spidey clashes with villain Electro (Foxx) in a spectacular showdown.
