Jane: 'No Hard Feelings Over Apprentice Boot'
She insists she bears project manager Laura no ill will...
The 28-year-old Irishwoman was given the boot for only selling £10 worth of secondhand furniture in the junk shops task, and because Amstrad boss Lord Sugar took a dislike to her manner.
She said afterwards that Scottish project manager Laura Trott was "a lovely girl" and insisted that she didn't bear a grudge over being taken into the boardroom.
And she claimed that her short stint on the show had been "a positive thing on the map of my life".
She also attempted to excuse her poor sales record, saying: "I know nothing about vintage furniture.
"If you have no clue what you are talking about there is no point telling other people about it. The shop was really quiet and we had six people in there selling and I said 'There is no point being here and I'm going to get out and get people in'.
"I wouldn't have given away some of the stuff we were selling, it was really bad."
