Uzma Fired After The Apprentice Farm Task
Make-up entrepreneur comes to sticky end after milkshakes mess-up...
The farm shop task had seen the winning team opt to sell buffalo meat and soup, while the losers had plumped for milkshakes.
And 32-year-old make-up entrepreneur Uzma was brought back into the boardroom by would-be alpha male team leader Neil Clough - along with Kurt Wilson who had steered the team on an unsuccessful milkshake-based strategy.
But despite Kurt's failure to deliver the sales he had promised and not buying enough stock with the sub-team, it was Uzma who got the chop - having found herself in the boardroom for the third time in just four weeks.
Lord Sugar told her "there's no smoke without fire" as he pointed his famous finger, having previously hinted that both Neil and Kurt could be getting axed.
He warned Neil that he should be careful not to be cocky and said he felt he had been "browbeaten" by Kurt into focusing too closely on milkshakes.
But he said his advisors had backed up the other contestants' claims that Uzma had not been pulling her weight.
She is the fourth person to get the boot in this year's series, following Jaz Ampaw-Farr, Tim Stilwell and Sophie Lau on the taxi ride of shame
