Dua Lipa and Stormzy were the big winners at the 2018 BRIT Awards, with both artists delivering the stand-out performances of the night by far.

Dua Lipa, who was the most nominated artist this year, kicked off the night bagging British Female Solo Artist, before bringing an all-female army out for a show-stopping re-enactment of her 'New Rules' video. She later picked up British Breakthrough Act, bringing her little brother and sister on stage with her to collect her award.

Stormzy beamed as he accepted the British Male Solo Artist award from his 'Power' collaborators Little Mix, and thanked God as he rounded off the night winning the Mastercard Album Of The Year for 'Gang Signs & Prayer' andlaunching into an incredible 'GSAP' medley performance.

Elswhere, after flooding the charts early last year, it came as no suprise that this year's Global Success Award went to Ed Sheeran for his worldwide smash and record breaking album 'Divide' conquered the world over.

Gorillaz bagged the British Group category, with Damon Albarn using his time on stage to emplore the nation not to become isolated in the wake of Brexit.

In the fan-voted Video Of The Year category, Harry Styles scooped it from Little Mix for 'Sign Of The Times', and Rag'n'Bone Man took home Single Of The Year for 'Human', while over in the international categories, Kendrick Lamar (who delivered a car-smashing surprise performance),Lorde and Foo Fighters reigned supreme.
