Katy Perry Brought Out A Troupe Of Dancing Houses At The BRITs
Surrounded by a horde of miniature dancing white houses – all of which had people inside -Katy Perry delivered a killer performance of herlatest single, ‘Chained To The Rhythm’.
Featuring Skip Marley (Bob Marley’s grandson), who appears on the track, Katy had two “wasted zombie” puppetsheld up by people dressed in all-black and facemasks (did Katy hire the folks from Stormzy’s Gang Signs & Prayer album sleeve?), paraded around the stage as she marched around in a pair of Converse. (Converse at the BRITs!)
Some people have noted how the outfits being worn by the "wasted zombie" puppets looked 'kind of' similar to those worn by Donald Trump and Theresa May during their meeting in the US. Katy has recently discovered her “wokeness” (see lyrics about living in bubbles), and had announced that she’s making “purposeful pop” these days. Plus, at the GRAMMY Awards, Katy performed in front of a projection of United States Constitution, so we know that she’s not shy of saying something in that special ‘Katy Perry way’ at awards shows.
Anyway, whether that’s Trump and May or not, Katy Perry just got us pumped to hear more from her upcoming album. It’s going to be very special indeed.
UPDATE: ONE OF THE HOUSES FELL OFF THE STAGE:
