'The Forest' Trailer Is The Creepiest Thing You'll See All Day - Exclusive
A spine-tingling first look at supernatural thriller, 'The Forest'.
The first trailer for supernatural thriller The Forest is here and HOLY CRAP does it look freaky.
Set in the Aokigahara Forest - a real-life location which, if you enjoy scaring yourself silly on the internet, you might recognise as the Japanese Suicide Forest. It's so-called because goose-pimpley numbers of people apparently take their own lives there every year.
Taking the lead in the horror is Natalie Dormer, purveyor of badassery in The Hunger Games and Game of Thrones. She stars as Sara, who ventures into the forest after her twin sister mysteriously disappears in its depths.
"When something happens to one of us, the other one can tell," says Sara of her missing twin sister, in this first trailer exclusive to MTV. Naturally, FREAKY THINGS soon follow. Expect even more when the movie hits cinemas on 26 February 2016.
Pop-up tents will never be the same again.
