The Golden Compass Premiere
MTV News was down in Leicester Sq last night with Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman for the premiere of The Golden Compass.
The film is the latest fantasy epic to grace the big screen and is adapted from Phillip Pullmans Northern Lights novel.
Now this sounds stranger but each character has spirit which is in the form of an animal. So we asked what would be the actors ideal animal friend:
Kidman- who plays Mrs Coulter- said: Id have a kitten, because I like milk and I like to be stroked, and sleep a lot!
Gorgeous Eva Green- who would choose a frog- told us about the flick: The special effects are extraordinary, you see all the daemons, the polar bears its also quite dark which I think is interesting for the adults " its not only for children.
James Bond himself- Daniel Craig (Snow Leopard) added: We have the essence of Philips books in this and Im very proud of the outcome.
Despite such a starry cast- Ian McKellen and Christopher Lee also feature- the lead is taken by 13 year old Brit Dakota Blue Richards.
