Golden Globes Glory For Richard Linklater's Boyhood

Richard Linklater's coming of age drama Boyhood was among the biggest winners at The Golden Globes in Hollywood last night.

The movie won best drama and best director - along with the best supporting actress gong for Patricia Arquette.

Eddie Redmayne flew the flag for Britain as he snagged the award for the best actor in a drama, in recognition of his portrayal of physicist Stephen Hawking - beating Benedict Cumberbatch among others.

Julianne Moore took the gong for best actress in a drama, while Amy Adams and Michael Keaton were named best actress and actor in a comedy or musical respectively.

Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel was named best comedy or musical and How To Train Your Dragon 2 took the prize for best animated feature.
