Heidi Montaghas reportedly claimed that she was sexually assaulted by The Hills creator and executive producer Spencer Pratt - have revealed that the reality TV star was 'touched inappropriately' by Divello.

An insider told the celebrity blogger: "Tension on the set of The Hills has truly escalated in the last few weeks and Spencer and Heidi are very close to bringing legal action against the show…"

The alleged assault is rumoured to have happened after Heidi'sLauren Conradas some sources have suggested the nature of their 'friendship' was also inappropriate.

Perez Hiltonalso goes on to say that those close to Heidi, who recently unveiled her new bikini body, have said that Adam's inappropriateness towards her is why she had a large security team with her at all times on set.

The source added: "Adam can get away with that with the Audrinas and Kristins of reality TV but not with Heidi! He is a pervert and a creep."

"The other girls don't feel they can't defend themselves because they are afraid they will lose their job if they talk about the man's workplace behaviour. Heidi will not tolerate sexual assault in the workplace!"

An MTV spokesperson and Conrad have since denied the allegations.
