The Hobbit Stays Top Of The UK Box Office
Third consecutive week at the top for Peter Jackson movie...

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has retained the No 1 spot in the UK box office chart for a third consecutive weekend.
The first of Peter Jackson's latest hobbit trilogy battled fierce competition from Ang Lee's Life Of Pi and Tom Cruise flick Jack Reacher to stay on top, taking £6.8 million over the course of the weekend.
Life Of Pi, in second place, grossed £4.1 million, while Jack Reacher's box office debut took it to No 3, with a total of £3,575,066.
Musical comedy Pitch Perfect rose one place to No 4, while Parental Guidance held firm at No 5.
