The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug Gets First Trailer
Two-minute teaser treats fans to a variety of action scenes...
The first teaser trailer has been released for The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug.
Warner Brothers unleashed the two-minute promo clip for the second part of the Peter Jackson-directed trilogy at 6pm this evening.
It features Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins, Orlando Bloom as Legolas, Sir Ian McKellen as Gandalf and Evangeline Lilly as Tauriel - along with a selection of dwarves.
There is also a brief glimpse of Smaug the dragon - voiced by Sherlock and Star Trek: Into Darkness star Benedict Cumberbatch.
The movie is due out in cinemas on 13 December this year. The first poster was revealed yesterday.
