Liam stated: "There should be more strong females on screen. I think it’s such a great thing about these stories is that it is about a young courageous woman who is managing to stay herself throughout these horrible events.
"I think it’s great. Jennifer is such a larger than life person – she is a good role model."
Lawrence seemed to agree, telling Access Hollywood she thinks girls should stick up for each other, saying: "When girls are just mean to each other.
“I think that we are just so unsupportive. When I watch these shows and the media, and I watch the women on these televisions shows pointing to these women and judging them and calling them ugly and calling them fat.
“It’s just like, where have we come? Why are we here? Why are we doing this to each other? Men were doing it hundreds of years ago and now we’ve turned around we we’re doing it to each other.”
