Mia Wasikowska Denies Hunger Games Casting
Actress says she hasn't even been approached about movie sequel...
Actress Mia Wasikowskahas denied that she is in the running to join the cast of The Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire.
It was reported over the weekend that the Alice In Wonderland actress was being lined-up for the role of Johanna Mason, but her people have reportedly denied that the 22-year-old Aussie is in the frame.
Digital Spy reports that her rep claims she hasn't been approached for the role - of a rival to Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen - and that she wouldn't have time to appear in the movie anyway.
Model Zoe Aggeliki has also been mentioned in the press in connection with the role, but there has been no confirmation or denial from her camp.
