'Real Girls Eat Cake' According To The Janoskians' New Video
Aussie jokers The Janoskians have unveiled their ska-tastic music video for Real Girls Eat Cake. Warning: Explicit lyrics!
Looking good to chart with the track this week (the five piece are at No.25 on the UK iTunes chart at the time of writing) Jai, Beau, Luke, Daniel and James are seen at a speed-dating event proclaiming “I don’t need a girl to worry ’bout a thigh gap/ I like the fact that you don’t give a sh– about that.”
So set that salad a side and pick up a red velvet cake!
In a Stateside interview with MTV News James Yammouni said: “We wanted a fun song that was jumpy but also at the same time sent a message to girls that you don’t really need to worry about the size you are and all that stuff.
“Be you. Being yourself is beautiful and who cares if you have a slice of cake.”A shirtless Beau Brooks revealed: “It’s our first real single and it shows how we feel about girls really not giving a crap about what other people think about them.”
Luke Brooks added: “We did right this ourselves. Some people are probably shocked and think we’re talentless little sh–s.”
