The Janoskians Announce Their First Feature Film
Aussie group set to take their signature pranks to the big screen...
The Janoskians have announced plans to produce their first feature film - and they're not doing things by halves.
The Aussie pop-and-comedy troupe, who specialise in "social disturbance" stunts, are teaming up with Lionsgate - the studio behind Twilight and The Hunger Games - for the movie project.
The film will be written by Dan Ahdoot and is set to follow the group as they adjust to life in Los Angeles and plan a big party.
It will reportedly feature a semi-written script, allowing the boys room to improvise.
The Janoskians' Beau Brooks said: "In our wildest dreams, we never thought we would end up working with a company like Lionsgate. They take risks, break rules and make epic movies.
"We can't wait to take our pranks and jokes to the next level. We know we are lucky, and we will make the most of it, we promise you!"
The boys shot to fame via YouTube after picking up more than two million subscribers to their channel.
They have since branched out into pop and are set to tour the UK later this year.
