The Killers Walk On Wild Side
Lou Reed has recorded a track with Brandon Flowers Las Vegas band
The Killers have collaborated with the legendary Velvet Underground member Lou Reed on a new track.
The group- fronted by Brandon Flowers- have recorded a song called Tranquillize with the Walk On The Wild Side singer.
It will appear on their forthcoming B-Sides album coming out later this year from the Mr Brightside band.
"It's a song that really should've been on Sam's Town," Flowers told NME.com.
Lou Reed has had a massive influence on rock music since starting the groundbreaking Velvet Underground in mid-sixties New York. He later worked with David Bowie on the classic Transformer LP.
Recently hes performed with Anthony And The Johnsons and Jack Whites The Raconteurs.
