To mark the release of new album Konk The Kooks have announced details of a special limited edition double album, Rak, which will be released on the same day.

The double disc album is comprised of the entire studio album Konk, and a second disc consisting of seven new tracks which were recorded live over the course of a day.

The name Rak refers to the North West London studios where the band recorded the bonus tracks with Arctic Monkeys and Zutons producer Mike Crossey.

The special edition CD also features an acoustic version of album track See The Sun and a home demo of Luke Pritchard performing new track Brooklyn.

Rak is released for a limited time only on April 14.
