The Only Way Is Exit For Sugar Hut Boss Mick
Nightclub owner pulls out of scripted reality show after 'slags' comment...
Sugar Hut nightclub owner Mick Norcross is reported to have quit The Only Way Is Essex - and told the show's producers to sling their hook from his venue too.
The businessman saw red after his "Sugar Hut Honeys" were described as "slags" in the latest episode of the ITV2 scripted reality show.
He told The Sun: "My club is an upmarket venue where people come to drink champagne and feel spoiled.
"All these rows they keep filming don't show the club in a good light and I'm worried it's putting people off coming, which is the last thing I want.
"Allowing the Sugar Hut Honeys to be called slags is the final straw. I would never allow that to happen in my venue. I've had enough. I'm out."
The bombshell is just the latest hiccup in an eventful week for Towie - with Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh going postal on Twitter after Wednesday night's show suggested he had cheated on her with Amy Broadbent.
Mario tweeted: "The producers are still lying to you all... Coronation street is more reality than TOWIE!"
And Lucy wrote: "Mario's name has been tarnished because Towie producers didn't do there research...There is no proof! I have been approached by at least 10 people that were in that club & said Amy stalked Mario all night & he left with boys."
Their tweets were later deleted though, and replaced with a hint that they would be telling their story in print instead.
