The Only Way Is Essex star James Lock has pleaded not guilty to drug possession.
According to The Sun, the ITV2 star appeared in court today (April 11) charged with the possession of a class C drug and criminal damage.
The 27-year old - who is known as Lockie by fans of the scripted reality show - was first arrested for the offence in February after an altercation with a cab driver in his hometown of Dagenham, Essex.
James spent the night behind bars following his arrest, and was first booked for possession of a class A substance, but this was later downgraded to a class C drug.
Speaking at the time of his arrest, a Met police spokesman said: "Police were called at approx 02:45am on Sunday, 9 February to reports of a dispute in Dagenham.
“Two men were arrested after becoming involved in a dispute with a minicab driver.
“One man, aged 27, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of class A drugs.
“A second man, aged 31, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and a public order offence.”
Lockie - whose rocky romance with girlfriend Danielle Armstrong has been a major storyline on TOWIE - has slammed the accusations, with a pal telling the tabloid: "James strongly denies the charges and is looking forward to proving his innocence."
He is due to appear back in court in Romford, Essex on June 27.
