James Argent is ready to take his incredibletransformation to the next level after confirming that he plans to book himself in for a nose job.

The TOWIE star opened up about his rhinoplasty ambitions in an interview with The Sun, where he claimed that his impressive weight-loss has enhanced a feature that he was never too keen on in the first place.

Revealing that his gruelling regime on a retreat in South East Asia has left him feeling insecure about his face, James confessed that he's particularly unhappy with the way his nostrils appear.

"I’ve always known I’ve had a big nose, but where I’ve been so up and down with my weight for so many years, my nose didn’t stand out as much, but now I’ve lost four stone my features show a lot more and I’ve got this large bump and nostrils that are even more prominent," he said.

Having booked himself in with the same surgeon behind castmate Mario Falcone'sprocedure, James is prepared to shell out £6500 in pursuit of his dream nose.

"I think if I have the bump removed and the nostrils made smaller it will make me feel a lot more confident and be another step into helping me better myself since leaving rehab – and I’m not gonna lie, better looking and more attractive."

As for the kind of nose he's hoping to achieve, James insisted that he has no plans to get a "tiny pixie nose" and cites Mark Ronson and Goodfella's actor Ray Liotta as having the kind of "manly" feature that he's aiming for.

"I want a nose like Ray Liotta in Goodfellas or Mark Ronson,"he said. "They’ve both got really manly and Italian looking noses and that’s exactly the look I want to go for, I don’t want a tiny pixie nose, I want to look manly."
