The Riot Club is an on-screen adaptation of the hit London play Posh, in which we follow Oxford University’s most renowned and exclusive drinking society, The Bullingdon Club.

The society is famed for its snobby and debaucherous antics, with past alumni including David Cameron and Boris Johnson.

In our exclusive interview, Max Irons (son of The Lion King's Scar himself, Jeremy Irons) explained that he was not initially attracted to the film, but quickly changed his mind: "I realised it pointed a spotlight at a particular area of society that needed it."

[related]The Hunger Games' very own Sam Claflin, agreed, keen to give "...insight into a world that we rarely have the opportunity to look into...", even though he maintained that he is not posh: "My character's background is so, so, so far fetched from that of mine!"

Noah star Douglas Booth - who is NOT dating Miley Cyrus - was keen to work with the vibrant young cast, describing his fellow Riot revellers as "wonderful guys".

The Riot Club hits cinemas on Friday, September 19.
