Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Slams His Fast And Furious 8 Co-Stars, Calling Them 'Candy Asses'
Something tells us you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Dwayne Johnson...
Something tells us you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Dwayne Johnson… but holy guacamole, a few of his Fast And Furious 8 co-stars have managed to do exactly that...
The Rock vented his relief in an honest (and brutal) social media post that the filming for the next instalment of the franchise was finally ending.
The 44-year-old stars as Hobbs alongside Vin Diesel, Jason Statham and Scott Eastwood as well as the likes of Charlize Theron, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. Though not naming any names in the cryptic post, it definitely wasn't his female co-stars or even the crew who he had issues with.
Alongside a fight scene from the film, he wrote: "There's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one."
"An incredible hard working crew. Universal Studios Entertainment has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love 'em. My male co-stars however are a different story (sic).
"Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't. The ones that don't are too chicken s**t to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses."
It's not all bad news, though. Apparently all that tension improved Dwayne's performance in the film. He explained: "When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling - you're right."
"Bottom line is it’ll play great for the movie and fits this Hobbs character that’s embedded in my DNA extremely well. The producer in me is happy about this part. Final week on FAST 8 and I will finish strong. #IcemanCometh #F8 #ZeroToleranceForCandyAsses”.
Now we can't wait for Fast 8 to come out in cinemas on 14 April 2017 to spot his scene partners are and suss out who this massive rant could be about.
