The Rolling Stones To Play BST Festival In Hyde Park

Rockers to play in Hyde Park 44 years after they first played there...

The Rolling Stones have been announced as headliners for British Summer Time Hyde Park this year.
The band have already been announced as headliners for the Glastonbury Festival, so it looks like it is shaping up to be a busy year for the band who are all pushing seventy.
The gig will take place almost 44 years to the day since the Stones first played in Hyde Park.
Last year they made their comeback to the live scene playing five sellout shows in London and New York.
Mick Jagger said: “We had such a great time playing the five concerts last year, we want to keep it going! Hyde Park holds such great memories for us and we can’t think of anywhere better to perform to our UK fans this summer.”
Tickets for British Summer Time In Hyde Park are on sale from April 5th from www.bst-hydepark.com.
