The Voice: Jessie J Defends Harsh Criticism Of Acts
Singer tweets that she was just being 'honest' on BBC1 talent show...
Jessie Jhas taken to Twitter to defend her comments on last night's episode of The Voice (May 12).
TheWill.I.Am's song choice, as well as being critical of her own acts' performance.
After the show, Jessie - who is gearing up to the release of her second studio LP - tweeted: "If I'm not critical, honest and real. What's the point? You don't survive in this business if you're ok. You have to work hard!

"Remember that teacher that picked at all your mistakes and made you really work on every detail? It's because they cared and saw something special in you.
"There is a thin line between passion, dedication and commitment! I bet that teacher got you a good grade! Made you believe!"
The 25-year old continued: "If you don't get through something in life. If it means something to you would you want to know why you didn't make it through? Yes. To better yourself to give it another go!
"If someone tells you are amazing but you don't make it, what are you left to go away with? We are ALL learning everyday."
On Saturday's show (May 11) Jessie was heckled by the crowd after she said that the battle between Cleo Higgins and Nu-Tarna gave her "a headache."
