The veteran singer, 72, has said that he's keen to sign-up for the second series of the talent show - which his act Will.I.Am, Danny O'Donoghue because he added: "Hopefully, we will have the same four coaches."
Speaking to Rob Brydon for the comic's new BBC2 chat show, Sir Tom said: "There are going to be changes made because they want to make the show the best it can be."
And he admitted that he was a little sceptical about the whole idea when he first saw the US version of the show.
He told Rob: "When I saw the show in America, I thought it was a good idea. It was different from other talent shows and I liked the blind auditions.
“But when I saw the coaches welling up with tears, I didn't think it was real. Then when you are actually in it and a performance moves you, I really was getting full up."
The planned live tour for The Voice was scrapped due to poor ticket sales.
